BEFORE
 10X12, poorly supported, narrow stairs, rickety and rotted boards, and ugly
AFTER
 16X12 plus a bump out, 4 foot wide stairs, beautiful and sturdy railings, a graceful look, and it's so strong "you could drive a truck on it"! 
  
  

Notice the stonework on the face of one home (near the bottom).  The front of the house was reworked, the siding removed, and the beautiful stonework added, along with a new front door.
 
  

 Before - This porch looks like an accident waiting to happen.  The floor sags, the stairs are small and creaky, and the railings are flimsy.  The dark wood is more suited to a forest setting instead of this open backyard		 
  After - The new design highlights a welcoming and safe wide staircase right to the back door.  The floors are solid, all supports are replaced, and a new railing make this porch safer.  As an added bonus, the porch now looks like it belongs to this beautiful home.
 
Multi-level decks offer maximum flexibility for your summer entertaining .  The grill on the top level is convenient to the kitchen year round, and the extra level below can be used for a more formal setting, or to give the kids some space! The attractive railings and custom benches make this the place to be.
