Homeowners' Service

New in 2011, DH Carpentry is offering a yearly service that includes:

• Gutter cleaning 2 times per year.
• Inspection and correction downspouts ensuring proper drainage away from the house.
• Removal of snow on rooftops to approximately 3’-5’ up from gutter.
• Creation of a path around your house for access.
• Clearing of driveway and walkway with snow blower approximately 3 times based upon snow fall amounts.

Price: $ 575.00/year

Any additional work required will be discussed with Homeowner.
While cleaning gutters and removing some snow from the roof will help with ice dams, they may still occur depending upon your roof and attic details, and the winter snowfall.
